Geotec’s privacy policy sets out the ways it processes personal data. This privacy policy only relates to personal data collected by Geotec via the Geotec website. Any personal data collected by Geotec is used in accordance with data protection legislation.

- Billing and other information: For Customers that purchase tickets to any of Geotec’s corporate events (such as WXG), our corporate affiliates and our third party payment processors may collect and store billing address and credit card information on our behalf.
Your personal details will not be made available to any third parties, other than those outlined above or at the time of data collection.

By providing personal data to Geotec users consent to the processing of such data by Geotec as described in this privacy policy.
5. Use of Data For Direct Marketing Purposes
At each point of data collection users are given the opportunity to opt-in to receive future direct marketing material from Geotec. Where users opt-in for such communications, Geotec may provide information on its products, membership services, events, and training and education programmes. 6. Verifying, updating and amending your personal information
If, at any time, a user wants to verify, update or amend their personal data they may simply email their request to geotec@geotecsurveys.com
Verification, updating or amendment of personal data takes place within 40 days of receipt of the request.

This privacy policy applies solely to the personal data collected by Geotec and does not apply to third party websites users may access from this website.
Geotec is not responsible for the privacy policies of third party websites. Geotec advises users to read the privacy policies of other websites before registering any personal data.
